Refunds and returns policy

For orders confirmed from the day 06/07/2023, you can request and return the purchased products within 30 days of delivery of the package and the return label we will provide it to you.

If you ship the product after the 30 days have elapsed, we will deem it expired the request and the return will not be accepted.

We invite those interested in returning products to send them no later than the permitted deadline of 30 days and to carefully read the conditions set out in this statement for our returns policy in order to avoid misunderstandings. 

For orders placed prior to 06/07/2023, the return limit of 14 days remains.

For which you can request and return the purchased products within 14 days of delivery of the package.
If you ship the product after the 14 days have elapsed, we will deem it expired the request and the return will not be accepted.

All our products they are closed and sealed with personalized envelopes depicting the company logo and name.

Therefore, if the products, at the time of delivery, are covered with damaged or different packaging, it will be your responsibility to accept the package "with reserve".

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returned items must be new and unused. They must therefore be returned in the same condition in which you received them including tag.
  • The return must contain first and last name of the person who placed the order.
  • If you have reached the amount of free shipping and start the return procedure for a refund the amount of the initial shipping cost will be reduced according to the terms and costs shown in our "shipping information".
  • In all cases, the shipping costs are charged to the customer.

To start a return:

  • Proceed to the bottom of the homepage;
  • Click the item "Return Request Form";
  • Fill in and send your Return Request;
  • You will receive a return label, print it and stick it on the properly sealed package;
  • Go to a courier pick-up point indicated on the return label itself: for labels generated via Poste Italiane, you can deliver your return to a Post Office or to a partner Tobacconist; for labels generated by Corriere Bartolini, you can deliver your return to a BRT collection point or a Mail Boxes centre.

 

Once the procedure has started, your return request will be processed by our operators; in case of successful your return will be accepted by one of our operators. In case of negative outcome you will receive a communication with related explanations regarding this refusal.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item is unused and in the same condition in which it was shipped, within a maximum of two weeks of receiving the item, the refund will then be made automatically to your credit card or original payment methodat the time of purchase.

If you still haven't received your refund please double check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to appear.

Head replacement:

Should an article result defective or damaged you can request the return using the appropriate form and sending a photo of the product to the e-mail address: info@lestyledeparis.com

In case, however, you should have size problems of the item the same must be returned to enable us to replace it. We therefore invite you to report and specify your needs in the Return Form.

 

N.B.
The articles in the collections: "PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS", "BEST-SELLING PROMOTIONS", "SPECIAL OFFERS", "SHOES AND BAGS UNTIL -50" and "FLASH COLLECTION" they can be rendered but THEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED. 

For them, the procedure of sending an email is foreseen GOOD, with equal value the amount of the products e it will be usable EXCLUSIVELY on the articles of the collections mentioned above with a validity of 6 months.

During the seasonal promotions, all the items sold on sale at a discounted price, starting from -35%, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, underwear, jewellery, beauty items, cosmetics and accessories (except scarves, bags).
We cannot offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been broken.

 

Gifts:
If the article was marked as a gift when purchased and it has been shipped directly to you, if there is a need to return it you will receive a voucher for the same value as the returned item.
In this case, the voucher will be sent to you as soon as the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor has received the order at his address and then delivers it to you later, the voucher will be delivered to the donor as the orderer at our store.

If your order comes from Italy, the cost of the return label provided by us is €6.99.
If your order is international, the cost of the return label provided by us will be the same as the cost of shipping at the time of purchase.

In any case, both the shipping costs and the related return costs are always charged to the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and if you get a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


If you are shipping over €75, you should consider using a trackable return shipping service or purchasing return shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
